We are also asked to assist clients in maintaining all required corporate formalities each year to ensure that everything remains in good order.
There are many factors to consider before forming a Limited Liability Company (LLC). LLC’s are commonly created for rental properties, and while this business structure may be appropriate for one set of circumstances, not all businesses or property owners are at a stage where this is required or even makes good sense. We can help recommend the best course of action for each client based on their individual needs and risk factors.
